Our organic coconut sugar is made from the coconut blossom of the coconut palm. It is unrefined and only gently dehydrated and ground into crystals to make a delicious sweetener.
It has a sweet caramel like taste and colour and is considered to be a lower GI sweetener, suitable for use as a cane sugar substitute in baking and deserts.
