Kombucha vinegar is essentially fully matured kombucha, which has been left to ferment for an extended period. It has a vinegary taste, although much richer with hints of tea flavors. It is also possible to find kombucha vinegar with hints of sweetness if most of the sugar isn’t already broken down by the yeast culture. Kombucha can replace white vinegar as well as cider vinegar in all occasions.
INGREDIENTS: Filtered water, Green Tea*, RAW CANE Sugar*, Kombucha Cultures*.
*Organically certified. Shake the bottle before use. Use within 3 months after opening. Store cool and dry.
